Mission
The Vietnamese Civic Center (VNCC) has been established to merge and accommodate the nonprofit, charitable needs for cultural, social, and educational enrichment and advancement of the Vietnamese-Americans in Houston and its vicinity. The VNCC is a multi-purpose facility with goals to encourage and strengthen the Vietnamese-American family and heritage, to promote and develop community networking and bonds, and to bridge the gap of diverse Eastern and Western values.

Vietnamese Civic Center - Nha-Viet Library provides:

- Vietnamese Books
- Basic Computer Class
- ESL Class
- Citizenship Preparation
- Assist in applying for welfare and food stamps (Lone Star card)
- Assist in job application, job search and job placement
- Assist in applying for unemployment

Partnered with the Asian Community Outreach Services from Harris County Hospital District to:

- Interview for "Gold Card"
- Help apply for Medicaid, CHIP and CHIP Perinatal
- Check blood pressure & cholesterol
